ABOUT US

Our fund collects funds both on the territory of Ukraine and in the United States of America, European countries, and other countries.
All collected funds go to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Police of Ukraine, the national resistance, including formation of territorial defense, military formation.

The main purpose of the Foundation's charitable activities is: 

  • promotion of the country's defense capability and mobilization readiness, promotion of the provision of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the necessary equipment, devices, ammunition and weapons; 

  • protection of the population in emergency situations of peace and war; 

  • prevention of natural and man-made disasters and elimination of their consequences, assistance to victims of disasters, armed conflicts and accidents, as well as refugees and persons in difficult life circumstances; 

  • social protection, social security, social services, including to veterans and combatants; 

  • development of international cooperation of Ukraine.

CHARITY PROGRAM

"CHARITY PROGRAM: Support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and Enhancement of Ukraine's Defense Capabilities"

  1. Terms

The charity program of the BF "FORSITE" Foundation "Support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, promotion of the defense capability of Ukraine" (hereinafter - the Charity Program) is approved for the fulfillment of the purpose defined by the charter of the Charitable Organization "Forsite Foundation" in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Charitable Activities and Charitable Organizations" ".

The Charity Program is a constituent element of the program of the FORSITE Military Base, the activities of which are aimed at: promoting the defense capability and mobilization readiness of the country, assisting in providing units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the necessary equipment, devices, ammunition and weapons; ensuring the protection of the population in emergency situations of peace and war.

Beneficiaries of charitable assistance are the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Charitable assistance is provided within the limits of the funds collected by the BF "FORSITE".

Within the scope of the Charity Program, projects of the BF "FORSITE" Foundation can be created and implemented.

2. Purpose of the Charity Program

The purpose of the Charity Program is to promote defense capability and meet the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Areas of activity:

  • payment of services that are needed by units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;

  • payment of training/retraining of military personnel;

  • procurement and transfer to the Armed Forces of Ukraine of the necessary equipment, generators, ammunition, devices, vehicles, and other material assets;

  • organization, creation, support, financing, and development of establishments, institutions, and organizations engaged in the training of military specialists, medical personnel, and mobilization activities;

  • cooperation with legal entities and natural persons, foreign citizens, foreign international organizations to achieve the goal defined by the Charter of the "Forsite" BF.

 

3. Tasks of the Charity Program

In accordance with the terms of the Charity Program "BF FORSITE" carries out: payment of training/retraining of military personnel; procurement and transfer to the Armed Forces of Ukraine  necessary equipment, generators, ammunition, devices, vehicles, other material assets; support, financing and development of institutions, institutions and organizations engaged in the training of military specialists, medical personnel, mobilization activities.

  

4. Funding of the program (sources of assets)

Funds and property of the Charity Program are formed at the expense of:

  • charitable contributions of individuals and legal entities, including foreign ones;

  • grant funds received from international and other organizations;

  • other sources that are not prohibited by the current legislation of Ukraine.

Funds and property received for the implementation of the Charity program are used for the implementation of this Charity program.

 

5. Final provisions

The period of validity of the Charity Program: from September 22, 2023 until the end of martial law in Ukraine.

BF "FORSITE", in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and the Statute, may make changes and additions to this Charity Program in order to expand or narrow its purpose, as well as to detail the tasks of the Fund, based on the available resources and organizational capabilities of the Fund.
